Lustau is probably the most prestigious producer of sherry, and we are thrilled to be joined by Federico Sanchez-Pece, Global Brand Ambassador, for this very special evening of wine and food.

Guests will be enjoy a glass of Lustau Vermut with tonic on arrival, and then be taken a journey through 6 different styles of sherry, from bone-dry manzanilla to super sweet Cream and all styles in-between. An authentic Spanish tapa will complement each sherry perfectly – these include Jamon Serrano, fried boquerones, mushrooms al-ajillo and a rich pork-cheek casserole.
