Our bar is beautiful, there’s no doubt about it Ten metres of softly worn zinc and rich wood, all lit with a mixture of carefully curated, antique and contemporary lighting. We pride ourselves on our range of top-quality, all Spanish sherries, wines, spirits and cocktails. Our beers are all brewed in Spain, not under licence in the UK – what’s the point? All our drinks were carefully chosen to ensure that the tastes of our customers are catered for, with an authentic Spanish twist wherever possible; we’ve even found an amazing whisky that’s a collaboration between Whyte & Mackay and sherry producers Gonzalez Byass.
